Heavy rain continues in Kerala. Thrissur, Malappuram and Kozhikode districts are under red alert while Idukki, Palakkad, Wayanad districts are under orange alert. Alappuzha, Kottayam  Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta, Kannur and Kasaragod districts have yellow alerts. As rain continues, severe water-logging is being reported in many districts. The situation has worsened in Thrissur, Malappuram and Ernakulam districts.
