President Droupadi Murmu and Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar have expressed condolence over the demise of BJP MP Rajveer Singh Diler from Hathras Lok Sabha seat of Uttar Pradesh.
In her condolence message, the President said that the news of the demise of Mr Diler is sad. He worked continuously for the development of the people of Uttar Pradesh. Vice-President Dhankhar said that Mr. Diler’s commitment to democratic values and his ability to work selflessly for the welfare of the people have left a lasting impact.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also condoled the demise of MP Rajveer Singh Diler. In his condolence message, the Prime Minister said that he is deeply saddened by the untimely demise of Mr Diler and it is a big loss for the party. Mr Modi said that he will always be remembered for his work at the grassroots level.
Mr. Rajveer Singh Diler died yesterday of a heart attack. He was 65.
