In Uttar Pradesh, four persons were killed and one injured in a car accident on the Phephna-Buxar highway last night. Police said, the accident took place when a Tata Safari went out of control while overtaking another vehicle, and overturned after hitting a tree on the Phephna-Buxar highway.
