In Uttarakhand, tragedy struck early today as five individuals lost their lives, and another was critically injured in a road accident near Jharipani on the Mussoorie-Dehradun road.
According to police reports, the accident occurred when a vehicle veered off the road and plunged into a nearby ditch. Police and SDRF have completed relief and rescue operations at the incident site. SP City Pramod Kumar has confirmed that five individuals lost their lives in the accident, while a girl sustained serious injuries. She is currently receiving treatment, and her condition is described as critical.
