President Draupadi Murmu Visits Religious Sites And Cultural Program In Himachal Pradesh Tour

On the fourth day of her tour of Himachal Pradesh, today President Droupadi Murmu visited the famous religious sites Tara Devi Temple and sought blessings. She also visited the Sankat Mochan Temple and offered prayers. Later, she participated in a cultural program held at the historic Gaiety Theatre in Shimla and attended a dinner at the Raj Bhavan.
 
Akashwani Correspondent reports Accompanied by her family, President Draupadi Murmu today visited the renowned Tara Devi Temple to seek blessings of the deity and received prasad. On this occasion, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla presented the President with a memento of the Ram Darbar. In the evening, President Murmu enjoyed the pleasant weather by taking a stroll on the historic Ridge and Mall Road in Shimla and also did shopping. Later, she participated in a cultural program held at the historic Gaiety Theatre and attended a dinner organized in her honor at the Raj Bhavan. The President is scheduled to return to Delhi tomorrow.
