Withdrawal Of Nominations For 4th Phase Of Lok Sabha Elections Ends Today In Madhya Pradesh

In Madhya Pradesh, today is the last day for the withdrawal of nominations for the fourth phase of Lok Sabha elections.  In this phase, nominations of a total of 90 candidates have been found valid.
 

Meanwhile, a special campaign called ‘Chale Booth Ki Or’  will be run by the Election Commission in Madhya Pradesh to motivate more and more people to vote.
 

Akashvani Correspondent reports,Elections are to be held on overall 17 Lok Sabha seats in Madhya Pradesh in the third and fourth phases. In the third phase, the ‘Chale Booth Ki Or’ campaign will be conducted on the first May at 20 thousand 456 polling stations in 9 Lok Sabha constituencies of Madhya Pradesh.  
 

For the fourth phase, the ‘Chale Booth Ki Or’ campaign will be conducted on May 7 at more than 18 thousands polling stations in 8 Lok Sabha constituencies.
 

Similarly, the Election Commission is also organising a state-level slogan competition on the topic “Every vote is important”. Participants in the competition will be honoured with prizes ranging from five thousand to 51 thousand rupees.
