In Manipur, polling is going on peacefully in thirteen assembly segments of Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency. Polling began at 7 am and will continue till 4 PM. Eight hundred forty eight polling stations have been set up in this phase including eight special polling stations for Internally Displaced Persons. Among these, four hundred and one are declared highly sensitive.
Voting in fifteen assembly segments of Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency was held in the first phase on 19th of this month.
