Union minister Piyush Goyal today filed his nomination from the Mumbai North Lok Sabha constituency in the presence of Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Union Minister of State Ramdas Athawale, MP Gopal Shetty, Mumbai BJP President Adv. Ashish Shelar, MLA Yogesh Sagar and others were present.
Addressing the media after filling nomination, Mr Goyal assured that BJP would enhance Mumbai’s infrastructure, transportation system, education, and healthcare through development initiatives. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said that the voters will acknowledge the work done by Mahayuti in the state in the last two years and the work done by the BJP government at the centre in the decade.
