Manipur Launches Training Schemes For Youths Affected By Communal Crisis

The Manipur Government has launched new schemes of training programmes for the youths who have been affected by the ongoing communal crisis in the State. The launching ceremony was held at Imphal.
 
The Chairperson of the Supreme Court established Committee on Relief and Rehabilitation in Manipur Justice Geeta Mittal who attended the launching ceremony said that the new schemes had been launched after thorough discussion with the experts. The scheme is aimed to provide job opportunities and enhance the spirit in games and sports among the youth.
 
The training programme will cover the hospitality sector, healthcare professional courses, coach certificate programme in sports, perfumery industry and others. The State Government has tied up with professional institutes and participants have also been selected for undergoing training programmes.
