Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s Shivsena has released a list of 2 candidates for Lok Sabha Elections. Naresh Mhaske will be party’s candidate from Thane Constituency. He is former mayor of the city and will be in fray against sitting MP Rajan Vichare of Shivsena Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray, UBT Party. Eknath Shinde’s son and sitting MP Shrikant Shinde will be Party’s candidate from Kalyan Lok Sabha Constituency. Shivsena UBT has announced Vaishali Darekar-Rane as candidate from Kalyan. Mahayuti consisting BJP, Shivsena and NCP are yet to announce candidates from Nashik and Palghar constituency. 3rd May is the last for filing nominations in these constituencies.
