Congress Announces First List Of Eight Candidates For Loksabha Polls In Haryana

The Congress has announced the first list of eight candidates for Loksabha polls in Haryana. The party is contesting on nine out of 10 Lok Sabha seats in the state. The Aam Aadmi Party, a constituent of the opposition I.N.D.I.A bloc, will contest from Kurukshetra seat.
 
 

The Congress has fielded Varun Chaudhary from Ambala reserved constituency and Kumari Selja from Hisar reserved constituency. Jai Prakash will contest from Hisar, Divyanshu Budhiraja from Karnal and Satpal Brahmchari from Sonipat constituencies. Deepender Singh Hooda, the sitting Rajya Sabha MP and son of former Chief Minister Bhupender Singh Hooda will contest from the Rohtak.
 
 

Rao Dan Singh will contest from Bhiwani Mahendergarh and Mahendra Pratap from Faridabad. The Congress is yet to announce its candidate for the Gurugram constituency.
