BJP Leaders Campaign Across Uttar Pradesh; Nadda Targets Congress, Rajnath Singh Urges Voter Turnout

Senior BJP leader and party president Jagat Prakash Nadda today campaigned in Uttar Pradesh and attacked Congress for dividing the country on racial lines. In a political gathering in Fatehpur, Mr Nadda said that Congress earlier divided the country on caste and religious lines and now trying to divide people on the basis of race. In another political rally in Chitrakoot, he said that the Yogi Adityanath government has done a lot for development in the Bundelkhand region. Later in the evening, he held a meeting of senior party functionaries of Lucknow, Unnao, Mohanlal Ganj and Raebareli Lok Sabha constituencies and of the MLAs and MLCs of the constituencies which are going for the poll in the fourth phase of the election.
 
Senior BJP leader and candidate from Lucknow constituency Rajnath Singh addressed the gatherings of intellectuals and appealed to them to use their franchise carefully and vote in large numbers. Senior party leader and Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath also addressed rallies in Lakhimpur Kheri and Sitapur districts.
 
On the other hand Samajwadi party chief Akhilesh Yadav addressed a rally in Bahraich today and said that BJP is working against the farmers and youth of the country. He campaigned in Dhaurahra and Lakhimpur Khiri constituencies also and said that paper leak is a routine feature of the Yogi government and youth of the State are worried about their future, and everybody is disturbed by increasing inflation. Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra today campaigned in Raebareli constituency and said that wherever her party has come to power it fulfilled all its promises made in the manifesto and the same will be done here also. Bahujan Samaj party supremo Mayawati also addressed a rally in Kannauj district today and attacked the BJP. She said that the saffron party is taking the same steps which ousted the Congress government.
