Bihar Campaigning Gains Momentum For Lok Sabha Polls

In Bihar, high-pitch campaigning for the third and rest of the phases of Lok Sabha elections is being witnessed in the state with senior leaders of NDA and Grand Alliance trying to garner the support of voters. Despite sweltering heat and rising mercury, the star campaigners are holding back-to-back election rallies in different parts of the state.
 
From the NDA side, JD(U) President and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today campaigned for alliance candidates in Alamnagar in Madhepura constituency and Beldaur in Khagaria Lok Sabha constituency.
 
Mr. Kumar enumerated development works undertaken during the rule of NDA government in Bihar. He said together the BJP and JD(U) have brought Bihar out of the dark age of RJD rule. JD(U) President said the Double Engine of the NDA government can change the future of the state.
 
LJP (Ramvilas) Chief Chirag Paswan also held a roadshow in Muzaffarpur in support of the NDA candidate. Mr. Paswan alleged that RJD leaders are doing fear politics on the name of reservation and constitution to garner votes.
 
RJD Chief Lalu Prasad first time descended for campaigning in Chapra where he addressed a public meeting. Mr. Prasad, in a brief address to RJD supporters, said Saran Lok Sabha seat has been the land of his political genesis and he has done a lot of work for the development of the region.
 
RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav said in Patna that in 2024 Lok Sabha elections electorates will support Grand Alliance.
 
Leaders of Grand Alliance like Congress State President Akhilesh Prasad Singh, Vikash Sheel Insan Party Chief Mukesh Sahni and leaders of Left parties also held road shows, door to door contact programmes and public meetings.
