Narendra Modi Highlights Healthcare And Technology Initiatives In Satara Rally

Prime Minister and Senior BJP leader Narendra Modi today said that the NDA government used technologies such as social media to connect to the masses and to garner feedback for welfare various schemes of the Government. Addressing a public rally in Satara, Maharashtra, he accused the opposition of circulating fake videos of political leaders of the NDA.
 
Mr. Modi said that the NDA Government is committed to provide better health services to every citizen of the country. He said the NDA Government enhanced medical services in the country in the last ten years. He informed that more than 20 new AIIMS and many new medical colleges have been established in the country. He added that more than 1 lakh MBBS doctors are graduating every year, which has significantly improved the medical infrastructure particularly in the rural areas. He also mentioned that Ayushman Bharat Aarogya Mandirs have helped in augmenting the rural medical infrastructure in the country. 
 
Mr. Modi further said that during the NDA regime, the colonial Saint George’s Cross on the flag of the Indian Navy was replaced by an ensign inspired by the royal seal of Maratha ruler Chhatrapati Shivaji.
 
In Satara, Mr. Modi canvassed for BJP’s candidate Udayanraje Bhosale, 13th descendant of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj contesting against NCP’s Shashikant Shinde.
