IPL: RCB To 4-Wicket Victory Against Gujarat Titans In Bengaluru

In IPL Cricket, Faf Du Plessis and Virat Kohli steered Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) to a 4-wicket victory against the Gujarat Titans in Bengaluru last night. RCB chased down a meagre 148-run target with four wickets to spare against Gujarat Titans (GT) at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. Virat Kohli with 42 off 27 and Faf du Plessis blistering 64 runs inning gave RCB a good start. Though RCB lost six wickets, Dinesh Karthik’s cameo took RCB to victory in 13.4 overs.
Earlier, put into bat first, Gujarat Titans were bundled out for 147 in 19.3 overs. GT kept losing wickets at regular intervals with some contributions at the lower order. David Miller with 30 off 20 and Shahrukh Khan with 37 off 24 tried their best to drag GT out of the woods with a well-paced 61-run alliance off 37 balls for the fourth wicket. But soon Miller got out to Karn Sharma.
 
Two matches will be played today. Punjab Kings will take on Chennai Super Kings in Dharamshala. The match will start at 3:30 PM. In the second match, Lucknow Super Giants will face Kolkata Knight Riders at Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. The match will at 7:30 PM.
