In IPL Cricket, Gujarat Titans beat Punjab Kings by three wickets at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Chandigarh last night.
Opting to bat first, Punjab Kings were bowled out for 142 for in 20 overs. Prabhsimran Singh was the top scorer for Punjab, scoring 35 off 21 balls.
While R. Sai Kishore bagged four wickets for Gujarat and has been declared Player of the match.
In reply, Gujarat overhauled the target for the loss of seven wickets in 19.1 overs. For Punjab, Harshal Patel scalped three wickets.
In the first match, Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Royal Challengers Bengaluru, RCB, by one run in a last-ball thriller at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata yesterday.
Currently, Kolkata stands second in the points table, while RCB at the bottom.
Rajasthan Royals will lock horns with Mumbai Indians at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur today. The match will start at 7:30 pm IST.
