Manish Sisodia’s Judicial Custody Extended In Excise Policy Case

The Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court today extended the judicial custody of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in the excise policy case being probed by the Enforcement Directorate till the 21st of May.
 
Special Judge Kaveri Baweja extended Sisodia’s custody after he was produced before the court through video conference on the expiry of his judicial custody granted earlier.
 
In another case yesterday, the court also extended the judicial custody of Sisodia till the 15th of May in a case filed by Central Bureau of Investigation in connection with the alleged excise policy scam. The court of Special Judge Kaveri Baweja fixed the 15th of May for further arguments.
 
He is currently in judicial custody in both cases.
