15 Flights Diverted From Indira Gandhi International Airport Due To Unsuitable Weather Conditions In Delhi

Owing to unsuitable weather conditions in Delhi yesterday, 15 flights were diverted from the Indira Gandhi International Airport. Out of these flights, nine were diverted to Jaipur, two each to Amritsar and Lucknow, and one each to Mumbai and Chandigarh.
 
 
 
 
The national capital experienced a sudden change in weather as rain and gusty winds lashed several parts of Delhi yesterday evening. According to the India Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature was recorded at 36.8 degree Celsius, one degree below normal while the minimum settled at 22.6 degree Celsius.
