Gold And Silver Prices Decline In Domestic And Global Markets

Gold was trading lower today at the Multi Commodity Exchange for June contracts. The precious metal was down by 934 rupees or 1.28 percent to trade at 71,872 rupees per ten grams. Silver futures for May contracts was lower by 1,772 rupees or 2.12 percent to trade at 81,735 rupees per kilogram, when reports last came in.
 
In the global markets, gold was trading 1.75 percent lower at 2,371 dollars and 50 cents per ounce at COMEX. Silver was trading 3.68 percent down at 28 dollars and six cents per ounce in the intra-day session.
