Re-Polling Concludes Peacefully In Manipur’s Outer Parliamentary Constituency

In Manipur, the re-polling at six polling stations of Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency was concluded peacefully today and registered 81.16 percent voter turn out at the close of polls.
 
The re-polling was held today from 7 AM to 4 PM at five polling stations of Ukhrul district and one polling station in Senapati district. The re-polling has been done at these polling stations after violence incidents including the dismantling of EVMs took place in second phase polls held on 26th April.
 
The polling personnels deployed in these six polling stations have reached the district headquarter along with EVMs and other machines by evening.
