In Telangana, electioneering has gained momentum with less than a week time left for campaigning ahead of the polling. Top leaders of various political parties are reaching the state to seek support from the electors for their party candidates. Prime Minister and senior BJP leader Narendra Modi will be reaching Hyderabad tonight and he will address election rallies tomorrow in the state. Congress star campaigners Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi will be campaigning on the last leg of electioneering. Meanwhile, Chief Minister and PCC president Revanth Reddy has been holding roadshows touching almost all Lok Sabha Constituencies. BRS chief K Chandrasekhra Rao is campaigning for his party candidates by holding a Bus Yatra.
BJP president Nadda addressed three public meetings yesterday at different parts of the state and alleged that BRS, Congress and MIM want to disturb social harmony. He also alleged that the Congress wants to come to power by hook or crook through fake slogans, fake promises, vote bank politics and by using criminals.
Chief Minister and PCC President Revanth Reddy said the warranty period is over for Modi’s Guarantee. Campaigning in Amberpet yesterday, he alleged that the Centre had not given a single rupee when Hyderabad city faced floods.
Speaking during his Bus Yatra in Nizamabad, BRS chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao accused BJP and Congress of making false promises.
