JD(S) MLA H D Revanna Remanded To 7 Days Judicial Custody In Bengaluru

In Karnataka, the 17th Additional Chief Metropolitan Megistrate court has today remanded JD(S) MLA H D Revanna to seven days of judicial custody. Accused of sexual abuse and kidnapping, Revanna was produced before the court in Bengaluru today at the end of his four days police custody. The Special Investigation Team had arrested Revanna on May 4th with the charges of kidnapping a victim of sexual assault. H D Revanna’s son Prajwal Revanna is also an accused in the sexual assault case and a red corner notice is issued for his search and arrest. Meanwhile the special court for public representatives has postponed the hearing on Revanna’s bail application for tomorrow.
