Armed Miscreants Loot SBI Branch In Manipur, Escape With Rs. 20 Lakh

In Manipur, four unidentified armed miscreants looted the State Bank of India (SBI) branch located at K. Salbung village of Churachandpur district today.

The Police report said that the four miscreants wearing masks entered the bank and threatened the employees of the bank. They also fired one bullet round and looted around twenty lakh rupees.

Senior Police officials rushed to the spot and held a meeting with the Superintendent of Police of Churachandpur district and other security officials on the incident. The police are investigating the case.
