Narendra Modi Reaffirms Support For Constitution And Reservation Policies

Prime Minister and Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Narendra Modi today said that nobody in the country can change the constitution or end reservation in the country. Speaking at a public rally in Solapur Maharashtra, Mr. Modi said that even if Baba Saheb himself came and said to end reservations or to change the Constitution, it would not happen. Mr. Modi accused the opposition of spreading lies about changing the constitution and ending reservation.
 
PM Modi said that without taking away anyone’s rights, we have also provided 10% reservation to the poor. He added that reservation for OBCs has been implemented in medical exams. He said that his government has provided options for Indian languages like Marathi in medical and engineering studies in order to fulfil the dreams of SC/ST/OBC youths.
 
PM Modi said that the NDA government has reached every household, every village to connect SC/ST/OBC families with various welfare schemes of the Government. He said that free ration, free healthcare, pucca houses, toilets, electricity, gas, water-all of these have predominantly reached the most deprived sections of society.
