Share on:

Delhi Rouse Avenue Court today dismissed the second bail application moved by former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi and Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia in the money laundering and corruption cases connected to the liquor policy case.

Mr. Sisodia had sought bail in both the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) cases.

Special judge for CBI and ED, Kaveri Baweja, denied the relief, saying the stage was not right to grant the bail.

Last year, Manish Sisodia was first arrested by CBI on February 26th and then by ED on March 9th.
