Four people were killed due to landslide that occurred in Bajhang district in West Nepal. The bodies were retrieved in the morning with the help of a team of locals and police. Six persons were rescued alive.
Meanwhile, traffic on the Gokuleshwar-Khalanga section of the Mahakali highway has been obstructed due to landslides triggered by the overnight rain. Several vehicles are stranded.
In Jajarkot of Karnali Province, three members of a family were killed in a landslide this morning. The deceased were staying in a temporary shelter constructed for the earthquake victims.
