The Palestinian health officials have said that at least 45 Palestinians were killed in Israeli strikes across Gaza yesterday. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said, its Gaza office was damaged when heavy-calibre projectiles landed nearby, in an area where hundreds of displaced Palestinians are living in tents.
On the other hand, the Israeli military said, the incident was under review and an initial inquiry suggested that there was no indication of a strike being carried out by the Israel Defence Forces in the Humanitarian Area.
