Union Minister Prahlad Joshi has demanded the resignation of Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah over the alleged corruption charges against him. Speaking in Mysuru at the conclusion of the BJP-JD(S) protest march from Bengaluru to Mysuru, he stated that legal proceedings should be initiated against Mr. Siddaramaiah in the MUDA land allotment case. Speaking on the occasion, the Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly, R. Ashok, said that the march was undertaken jointly by the BJP and JD(S) to reach out to the people and inform them about the MUDA scandal.
