A Delhi court extended the police custody of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar for three more days on Tuesday, who has been accused of assaulting AAP Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal. Ms. Maliwal was allegedly assaulted at the Chief Minister’s official residence on 13th of May. Metropolitan Magistrate Gaurav Goyal sent Kumar to police custody till 31st of May. The Delhi Police had sought five days’ custody of the accused. Bibhav Kumar was produced before the Tis Hazari Court in the National Capital after his initial four-day judicial custody expired.
