Supreme Court Stays Kolkata High Court’s Order On SSC Teacher Recruitment In West Bengal

The Supreme Court today has given an interim stay on the Kolkata High Court’s order in the School Service Commission, SSC teacher’s recruitment scam in West Bengal. The Kolkata High Court had ordered to cancel the recruitment of SSC 2016. 25 thousand 753 persons have lost their jobs by the Kolkata High Court order.
 
Today the Supreme Court has ordered that the affected persons can continue their job but if found guilty of giving money for getting their jobs they have to return the money with 12% interest. The Supreme Court has also ordered to continue CBI investigation into this case. The next hearing in this case is 16th July. The CBI is investigating the scam.
