Senior BJP leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi today led a mega road show in his parliamentary constituency Varanasi.
Thousands of people gathered on the both sides of the road to get a glimpse of PM Modi Narendra Modi started his 5 kilometer long road show today evening after garlanding the statue of Mahamana Madan Mohan Malviya outside Banaras Hindu University. The road show reached Kashi Vishwanath Dham from Lanka intersection via Sonarpura, Jangambadi, Godaulia, Bansfatak areas. He also performed Darshan and Poojan at Kashi Vishwanath Temple after completing the road show.
This was fifth time when Narendra Modi held a mega road show among the voters of his constituency. Earlier he held road shows in 2014 and 2019 parliamentary elections and also in 2017 and 2022 assembly elections. Narendra Modi will stay in Varanasi tonight and will file his nomination tomorrow.
On the other hand former Congress president Rahul Gandhi campaigned in Raibareli along with her sister and Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. Rahul Gandhi said that if his party comes to power that we will wave off the loans of farmers.
BSP supremo Mayawati addressed a political rally in state capital Lucknow. She attacked BJP in her speech and said that safron party is not going to come to the power this time.
