The Chief Minister of Manipur, N. Biren Singh condemned the ambush to the advance security team of Chief Minister which was ambushed by armed miscreants along the National Highway 37 this morning. The Chief Minister assured that Government will not leave any leaf unturned to nab the culprit. Mr Singh also visited the injured driver who had sustained bullet injuries and was admitted to a private hospital in Imphal for further treatment. Meanwhile, the security forces have been conducting search operations in and around the incident sites.
