In Ladakh, the National Academy of Sciences (NASI) Jammu Chapter, in collaboration with Government Degree College, Drass, organized a significant focus group discussion on sustainable livelihood in Kargil at the conference hall in Baroo.
The event, part of a three-day series, was attended by Chief Guest Dr. Mohammad Jaffar Akhone, Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, and Guests of Honour, Executive Councillor Kacho Mohammad Feroz, DC/CEO LAHDC Kargil Shrikant Balasahab Suse, and Councillor Mohd Sajjad.
Dr. R.N. Gohil, Secretary of NASI Jammu Chapter, outlined the discussion’s objectives, which aim to impact local livelihoods positively.
The discussion included perspectives on human resource development, agropreneurship, and sustainable economic practices.
