Jailed Jharkhand minister Alamgir Alam has resigned from the state cabinet after three days of Chief Minister Champai Soren taking away all his portfolios.
Alam also resigned from the post of Congress legislative Party (CLP) in Jharkhand Assembly.
The Enforcement Directorate arrested the Congress leader in a money laundering case on 15th May, days after about Rs 32 crore cash was seized from premises linked to his aide.
