In Haryana, the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign will be organized across the state from August 11 to 15. Each day of the campaign will be led by a different department, which will organize the ‘Tiranga Yatra’. Ministers and other public representatives from the state government will also participate in this initiative. Chief Secretary T.V.S.N. Prasad said that on August 15, events will be held at ‘Amrit Sarovars’ featuring the hoisting of the national flag and the planting of saplings. He further said that the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign will be launched in mission mode. As part of this initiative, 51 lakh saplings will be planted on August 16.
