The Haryana Government has set up a “Redressal Cell” in the Office of the Chief Secretary to resolve public grievances. This “Cell” will organize ‘Samadhan Shivir’ in each District and Sub-Divisional Headquarters from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on all working days to resolve public grievances.
Chief Secretary TVSN Prasad gave this information while talking to media persons in Chandigarh today. He said, public complaints generally involve two phases – issues related to policy formulation and bottlenecks in the implementation process. Issues related to the policy part will be resolved at the State Headquarters level by this “Samadhan Cell” in coordination with the Administrative Secretaries,
while the implementation bottlenecks will be removed in “Samadhan Camps” through the District Administration.
