On this occasion the Chief Education Officer SD Nyamgyal, was the Chief Guest who started the event with a unified call for compassion and solidarity. Mr. Nyamgyal emphasized the importance of these values in navigating today’s challenges, urging all present to uphold the principles of the Red Cross movement.
The Special guest Dr. Ghulam from District Hospital Kargil shed light on the crucial work of healthcare professionals, especially during times of crisis.
Principal HBHSS Baroo Tsewang Dorjay, alongside representatives from UTDRF team Kargil and volunteers from Indian Red Society Kargil, highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts in advancing humanitarian causes.
