In Kerala, the State Coastal Police have taken into custody Yuvaraj Sagar, a cargo vessel that hit and sank a fishing boat during the wee hours of yesterday. The mishap claimed the lives of two fishermen, while four others were rescued by the ship’s crew.
The incident took place about 38 nautical miles off the coast of Ponnani in the Arabian Sea. Police said the cargo vessel will be taken to Cochin Port.
