Delhi Water Minister Atishi today inspected the Wazirabad Water Treatment Plant amid water scarcity in some areas of the national capital. Briefing the media after the inspection, Atishi alleged that the Haryana government is responsible for the water scarcity. She said that the current water level at the Wazirabad pond is lower than the usual levels. She further added that the Delhi government will also reach out to the Central Government, asking for Delhi’s due share of water. She has urged all citizens of the National Capital to use water judiciously.
