Sriram Balaji and his partner Gonzalo Escobar of Ecuador have advanced to the men’s doubles finals at the Braunschweig Challenger, also known as Brawo Open in Braunschweig, Germany. They defeated the fourth-seeded pair of Denys Molchanov of Ukraine and Matwé Middelkoop of Netherlands in straight sets, 6-3, 7-6 last evening.
The top-seeded, Indian-Ecuadorian duo will lock horns with Sander Arends and Robin Haase of The Netherlands, seeded second, in the final today. The match will start at 4.30 PM, IST.
