Maharashtra’s Legislative Council passed a resolution on Wednesday (3rd July 2024), congratulating the Indian cricket team for their sensational victory in the T20 Cricket World Cup 2024. The resolution moved by Council Deputy Chairperson Dr. Neelam Gorhe was adopted unanimously by all members. The resolution mentioned that the cricket team has brought laurels to the nation and wished them well for the future.
