In archery, India’s Jyoti Surekha Vennam, Parneet Kaur, and Aditi Swami have clinched gold in the compound team event at the Antalya Archery World Cup 2024 in Turkiye. The women’s trio defeated Estonia 232–229 in the summit clash this afternoon. With this victory, the Indian team completed a clean sweep this season, bagging all three World Cup Stage Gold medals in the compound team event. Earlier, the Indian women’s compound archery team, ranked world No. 1, defeated Italy at the World Cup 2024 Stage 1 in Shanghai. While in Stage 2, India beat the Republic of Korea in Yecheon in the final.
