Jaipur: BJP state president Satish Poonia on Saturday asked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to apologies for his remarks to call the Prime Minister coward on the China border dispute issue.
“Rahul Gandhi should apologise for the comments made on Friday against the Prime Minister of the country and calling coward on the issue of China,” He said that perhaps he (Rahul) does not re member the history of his maternal grandfather. They forget how China occupied Indian land by misleading people with the slogan ‘Hindi-Chini, Bhai-Bhai’.
“Indian army fought with high morale but the willpower of the government was weak when his grandfather was the Prime Minister,” he said.
Satish Poonia said that Rahul Gandhi had talked about the debt waiver of farmers during the 2018-assembly elections but he did not say any thing on this during his visit, which caused a lot of disappointment to the people of the state.
Satish Poonia said that it is a fact that the farmers of Rajasthan had come under the illusion of an entire loan waiver promise.
Poonia also quipped on Gandhi’s visit saying he is a star campaigner of BJP because wherever he goes, he creates convenience for BJP.
Satish Poonia also quipped on differences between CM Ashok Gehlot and his former deputy CM Sachin Pilot.
