A re-test of all the one thousand 563 candidates appeared in the NEET-UG examination will be held today who got the grace or compensatory marks in the examination. In a notification issued earlier this month, National Testing Agency said that the re-examination will be conducted from 2 PM to 5:20 PM. The NTA said, the decision of re-test has been taken according to the Supreme Court’s observation on the report of NTA’s High Powered Committee, the grace or compensatory marks awarded to all one thousand 563 students stand withdrawn. It has been also stated by the NTA that the results of those affected candidates who do not wish to appear for the re-examination will be declared based on their actual marks obtained in the examination conducted on 5th of last month.
