In Telangana, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar today directed the officials of various departments to make fool-proof arrangements for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the state, scheduled on 12th of this month. During his visit, the Prime Minister will dedicate the Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) to the Nation. The gas-based urea manufacturing plant has been revived at a cost of over 6 thousand 120 crore rupees. The plant is expected to produce about 3,850 metric tonnes of urea and over 2 thousand metric tonnes of ammonia per day, out of which about half of the annual production is allocated to Telangana state. Senior police and civil officers attended the meeting.
