Six newly-elected MPs of Bihar, Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh today took oath as members of Rajya Sabha. Vice Chairman of the Rajya Sabha Jagdeep Dhanakhar administered oath to these news MPs in the House. Congress MP Akhilesh Prasad Singh, Dr Sarfaraz Ahmad of JMM and Pradip Kumar Varma, Banshilal Gurjar, Maya Naroliya and Balyogi Umeshnath of BJP took oath as members of the Upper House.
