The Members of Parliament from opposition parties today protested outside Parliament over the price rise of onions and Potato. The MPs also demanded to provide legal guarantee of MSP to the farmers for their produce. Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi, Trinamool Congress MP Derek O’Brien, RJD MP Manoj Kumar Jha, Congress MP Promod Tiwari and NCP (Sharad Pawar) MP Supriya Sule among others took part in the protest.
