Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu said that making air travel more accessible and affordable are the key priorities of the government. He said, the government is making efforts to provide last mile connectivity to air travelers.
Speaking during the curtain raiser event of second Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference 2024 in New Delhi, Mr. Naidu highlighted the initiatives taken by the government to build robust infrastructure of civil aviation in the country. He said, sustainability must be at the core of vision for the future of the aviation sector. He stressed on adopting environmental friendly technologies to minimize carbon footprint and investing in green technologies to give new dimensions to the aviation sector.
Second Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference is scheduled to be held in New Delhi on 11th and 12th September, this year. During the conference, major aviation organizations, aviation leaders and other stakeholders will deliberate on future of civil aviation sector.
