Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar highlighted that it is after many years that a Prime Minister has got a third term. At the closing ceremony of the Rajya Sabha Internship Programme on Friday at Vice-President’s Enclave, Vice President said that it was last in 1962 that Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru got a third term. He urged the gathering to always ensure that Parliament is the greatest temple of democracy, and a place for debate, dialogue, discussion and deliberation. He said that whenever they are in doubt, they must go to the text of the Indian Constitution.
