Former President Ram Nath Kovind Emphasizes Yoga’s Universal Appeal & Unity, Extending Greetings On International Day Of Yoga

Former President Ram Nath Kovind has said that Yoga is not associated with any particular sect or religion as the thought behind it is that the whole world is one family. Talking to Akashvani News, Mr. Kovind mentioned that the practice of Yoga unites people and communities and it also has the potential to connect one nation with another nation. He said that Yoga means a unity of body, mind, and soul. Mr Kovind added Yoga is a way to live a healthy life, keeping a person’s mind and soul healthy. He also extended greetings to the people on the occasion of International Yoga Day.
